IFP FILMS

Case Study: IFP FILMS

Company: IFP FILMS
Web Site: www.ifpfilms.com

Objective:
To take an established, diversified business and create easily understandable business enterprises to the B2B, educational and general consumer markets. Also, to create a branded campaign that can be utilized across all media and markets.

Action:
Reconfigured and delineated the operational businesses into discrete units. Networked through untraditional, untapped methods into business cross-relationships and joint ventures to form a full spectrum of services their present clients needed (out of house) and their future ones are looking for (specifically: financing, business development and consulting services). Created funding foundations for educational and non profit related programming which has led to further market insertions, additional program creations and awareness building. Refocused marketing on their stellar quality and continuously award-winning programs through more festival and award entries which will lead to more visibility and business opportunities.

Response
FORTUNE 100 affiliations, 72 international programming awards, cost containment savings of over 32%, streamlined distribution methods and wider publicity at a minimal cost through their numerous awards and enhanced expert status. Every production they have created, during our affiliation, has won programming/production excellence awards. This string of awards is a testament to their quality that was not previously market- capitalized. They have been able to double their production output and sales revenues through their unique co-development deals and previously under-utilized financing sources.

Company POV:
We were all over the map. We couldn’t define ourselves ‘simply’ to the public. But In Focus Brands came in, looked at all our pieces and assisted our renaissance. They are the creative, fresh eyes and the hard core business solution people that we needed to tell our story and generate new business opportunities. Unlike other branders who are theory-based, they have become a trusted advisor that can actually perform the campaigns they have designed. Big picture and operational all in the same company is very rare but add the ease of our working relationship and it is a no-brainer for us to work with In Focus Brands. – J.
