practitioner based business and create a home based licensing
business model. Create the brand internally to be reflected
externally. Being an active and positive part of each community
we are in.
Action:
Create unique programming
for brand build and for all training materials. Research and
focus testing of teaching materials, target markets, business
concept. Created business systems and delineated areas of
expertise among limited staff.
Response:
Still in Build Out
Initial response during the
internal brand has been phenomenal from distributors for the
program-DRY SWIM. Have already discussed 7 possible new license
buy ins into the business opportunity. Am in negotiations with
funding sources for the national launch. Gaining strong
responses from focus testing-very extreme responses which is
always good for a brand.
